With summer almost half over, now is a great time to start thinking about the upcoming fall brewing season.  Soon the leaves will be changing color, MLB playoffs will begin, and the 2009 NFL season will kick off.  Its tough to beat hanging out with your friends and family on a Sunday afternoon, watching some football, and sipping on Coopers Beer!  And if you’re lucky enough to have your MLB team make the playoffs, well, your entertainment for this fall is pretty much covered!

In preparation for the upcoming fall season, we have slashed our prices on ALL Premium Selection Series Beers.  The premium series includes:  Heritage Lager, Australian Bitter, Sparkling Ale, and Traditional Draft.  The bold, rich flavor of these beers is a perfect fit for the fall season, as the temperatures start to cool and we start heading back indoors.  

These brews typically take longer to age, then our other selections, so stock up now to ensure you have a batch ready for the first of fall.  The prices will be reduced through the end of August, so tell your fellow brewers about the deal and pass the savings around!

Thomas Coopers Premium Selection Australian Bitter - A bitter style true to our popular Australian commercial bitters, light in colour, clean mouthfeel with a pleasant bitter finish.

Intended to be mixed with 1.5kg Thomas Coopers Light Malt Extract and made up to 23 litres.

Weight - 1.7kg, Colour - 70EBC, Bitterness - 495IBU

Rich yellow-gold colour with a tightly packed white head, prominent European aroma hop characters dominate the nose, generous mouthfeel balanced with sufficient hop bitterness to produce a clean finish. This outstanding quality Lager demands your sensory attention!

Intended to be mixed with 1.5kg Thomas Coopers Light Malt Extract, 500g Coopers Light Dry Malt and 300g Coopers Dextrose - made up to 23 litres.

Weight - 1.7kg, Colour - 90EBC, Bitterness - 490IBU

Thomas Cooper's Premium Selection Traditional Draught - An outstanding beer using a hop/malt combination set to delight the most discerning draught lovers, palate cleansing freshness to the last glass.

Intended to be mixed with 1.5kg Thomas Coopers Light Malt Extract and made up to 23 litres.
