Tony's Fall Peach Honey Wheat
1 can Coopers Wheat Beer Concentrate kit
500 grams Coopers Light Dry Malt Extract
300 grams Coopers Dextrose
1/2 lb cover honey (for more a sweater brew, I used about 1 lb)
4 lbs ripe, Peaches (Frozen may work)
Coopers Carbonation Drops
*MakeBeer's Wheat Beer package includes: Concentrate, Dry Malt, Dextrose, and Carbonation Drops
- Puree the peaches and mix into 1 liter of hot water on the stove. And strain into fermenter.
- Add 2 liters of hot water to fermenter.
- Mix in Wheat Beer Concentrate Kit, Light Dry Malt, Dextrose and honey. Mix well.
- Mix in peach puree.
- Top up fermenter to 21 liters of water
- Temp to below 21 degrees Celsius and add yeast
- Follow standard brewing rules
- Bottle with one carbonation drop
- Condition for 2-4 weeks. It's at its best after about 2 months.
